DAY 1:
DEEP DIVE INTO
DRESSAGE THEORY
- Exercises and group activities to embed knowledge so it's part of you
- Finally understand the contact you should be feeling on your horse and execute lateral movements in your sleep

DAY 2:
APPLYING CRITICAL THINKING ON THE HORSE
- Explore real world examples of why critical thinking is so important when you ride

Learn to use critical thinking and deduction when making riding and training decisions

Choose the right techniques to recognise assumptions and draw conclusions to accelerate your progress on your dressage journey

React with curiosity instead of emotion and think outside the box
DAY 3:
MASTERCLASS - REAL TIME APPLICATION
- See riders at different levels apply the previous 2 days learnings in real life

Close the learning loop so you can easily and effortlessly adapt your learnings to your riding back home

See real life troubleshooting when the horse doesn't do what the textbook says

Be inspired watching a Grand Prix rider use the same tools and techniques as a prelim rider - it's all about getting back to the basics!
